Full-Service Planning & Design
For couples who want one team guiding every part of the process.
We start by getting to know you, your priorities, and how you want the weekend to feel. From there we build your budget, scout venues, and put together a vendor team that fits your style and works well together. Vendor matchmaking is one of the things we are known for, because a team that clicks makes the planning smoother and the wedding day more relaxed.
We create the design concept, source rentals and linens, and present tablescape mock-ups and floor plans so you can see it all before anything is ordered. In the final months we confirm every vendor, build the production schedule, and run your wedding weekend from setup through tear-out.
Your fee is set by the scope and details of your wedding, with a minimum investment of $13,000. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

- 03DESIGNWe develop your design concept and guide, then bring in florals, lighting, stationery, and rentals. You will see tablescape mock-ups and floor plans before anything is ordered.
- 04THE FINAL MONTHSWe confirm every vendor, finalize the production schedule, and walk the venue together. Final payments and gratuities are prepared ahead of time.
- 05THE WEEKENDOur team runs setup, the wedding day, and tear-out. Vendors come to us with their questions, so you and your family can spend the weekend with your guests.
Signature Planning

Signature Planning works well when you have booked your venue and a few key vendors but want structure, guidance, and someone who knows what comes next. You stay in control of the decisions, and we make sure everything is organized, confirmed, and moving in the right direction.
You will have unlimited email access to your planner and your own planning portal. We will help fill the gaps in your vendor team, shape the timeline, and offer design recommendations, then take over vendor confirmations three months before the wedding and run the rehearsal and wedding day.
Minimum investment of $9,000. Travel is billed separately. Full or partial design can be added.

For couples planning on their own
If you are planning your wedding yourself and want an experienced team for the final stretch, our wedding management team is here for it. Wedding management can be booked beginning six months before your date, and our team starts working with you at a kickoff meeting three months out.
Wedding management is led by our associate planners rather than by Amanda personally. They are trained in the same standards and systems we use for every Briggs & Co. wedding, which keeps this service more accessible without lowering the bar.
