When a fellow wedding pro gets married, you just know it’s going to be epic. A series of connections brought Michelle and I into each other’s lives, and our friendship was instantaneous. You would be hard-pressed to find two people more different than us, and it’s exactly what has made our friendship so strong. We see and experience the world differently, and we value each other’s opinions and respect our unique outlooks. One thing we can both bond over – we know how to throw a party!
When it comes to Michell and Brant, they, too, are different in many ways but complement each other beautifully. Their differences are what make their bond so unique and strong, bringing out the best in each other. Watching them together, you can see how their individual perspectives blend to create a harmonious and loving partnership. When it came to the wedding, they both valued the guest experience and didn’t hold back!
Being both a bridesmaid and Michelle’s planner was a fun yet challenging experience. Juggling my duties as a bridesmaid while ensuring everything was perfect for her big day required a delicate balance, but it was all worth it to see her so happy. The rehearsal dinner took place at Lace Village, and the vibe was perfect. All their loved ones mingled with each other, catching up and sharing stories before the big day.
The wedding itself was a chic affair hosted at The Banks Waterfront, with a neutral color palette and stunning white florals, the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the event. Michelle owns The Epicurean Delight Catering Company, and while we all knew the food would be incredible, and it exceeded all expectations and blew us away. The cocktail hour seemed to be a never ending parade of hors d’oeuvres, and guests enjoyed a variety of late-night snacks, including caviar, pizza, gelato, and even an accordion player serenading us outside under the stars. It was a unique touch that added to the magical ambiance of the evening, all captured by Sister North and Fonash Studios.
Their wedding was not just a celebration of their love but also a testament to the strength that comes from embracing each other’s differences. Michelle and Brant’s unique bond and the way they bring out the best in each other made their wedding a beautiful and unforgettable event. It was an honor to be a part of their special day.
